Martel Star is an indie, "Ratchet-Pop" rapper out of Atlanta. Martel's sound is reminiscent of an off-kilter combination of Ludacris & Will.I.Am. Weirdly interesting, but enjoyable nonetheless. Currently promoting his newly released video "ThotBox LGBT Remix Ft. Frosty Fixa & Redd Krucial", all being independent Atlanta artists. The song is a "Starmix" of Hitmaka's song of the same name, featuring an array of various artists. In the "ThotBox LGBT remix", the take turns spitting bars filled with sex, cockiness, & the tiniest hint of shade. The video begins with Martel Star rapping the hook, transitioning into the first verse where he describes some of his greatest sexual attributes. Following Martel, Frosty jumps in with tales of maximizing his return from Thotbox men, A la, the City Girls. #GetAllYouCan. Redd Krucial takes the final swing with a verbal assault on all the ThotBoxes of the world. Delivering bar, after bar....after bar. Krucial makes it clear, he's not one to mess with. The ThotBox LGBT Remix video gives extravagance, simplicity, lust, & intricate wordplay all in a single 4 minute video. Multi-tiered creativity at it's best!
